The ultimate coastal lifestyle

Canal living surrounded by sandy beaches and framed by the majestic bush clad backdrop of Mt Manaia,
Marsden Cove is New Zealand's most exciting waterfront destination

HOUSING

Marsden Cove is waterfront living at its best. Hopper's world class canal development is currently at stage 5 with canal and non canal sections available. When completed the development will provide roughly 1000 new homes, waterfront apartments and retail. At the centre of the residential development is a well appointed 230 berth marina and many of the waterfront homes have private jetties that afford easy access to the inner Whangarei harbour.

Marsden Cove is also the perfect place to retire. The Anchorage waterfront retirement village is currently under development and when completed will boast, among many things, a restaurant and bar, bowling green, swimming and spa pool, library and much more.
